Global Fertility Rate

There were at least two children per women to ensure a stable population from generation to generation. in 1960 there was a rate of 5 children per women, now in 2017 that has fallen to 2.4 average. the bigger the population the more houses needed to be built which means more work more everything basically. the government is still trying to manage population. the women in France can still work with new born babies, free daycares are taking babies as little as 3 months old. women only earn 72% of what men earn and in France 99% are literate. One women for all three births it didn't effect the employers decision. the amount of time she could work went down to 80% after her third child.
